SUOIC

The Organization for International Collaboration (SUOIC) was founded in October 2017. The mission of SUOIC is to further promote comprehensive and effective international cooperation guided by the philosophy and basic policy of Shizuoka University. We focus on examining international cooperation strategies from a university-wide perspective.

The basic policy of SUOIC:

• The University as a center of academic excellence in Shizuoka region, we promote sustainable internationalization that takes advantage of the strengths, characteristics and potentials of the Shizuoka.
• We attempt to integrate our internationalization effort with regional development.
• Top priorities are attracting global students for the University and creating vibrant international hub for Shizuoka region.

We strive to become a platform for global human resources development.
