We are honored to announce that our university has received the Japan Ryugaku Awards 2025 (in the National/Public University Category), thanks to the strong support and recommendations from many people as a university highly recommended for international students.

The Japan Ryugaku Awards is organized by the Japan Association for the Promotion of Japanese Language Education (Nisshinkyo) established to improve the environment for international students who wish to study in Japan. Every year, the association conducts a survey of faculty and staff at Japanese language schools to select institutions they would recommend to international students. (The awards were not held in 2022 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.)

This marks the seventh time we have received this prestigious award since our first win in 2016.
We are truly grateful to have been selected from among many universities across Japan.
We will continue working hard to provide a safe and supportive environment where international students can study with peace of mind and enjoy a fulfilling campus life.
