インタラクティブ・インターンシップがソミックでもスタート
静岡県内にある企業の経営課題と静岡大学外国人留学生の専門性（研究）とのマッチングを図り、同企業への就職支援も行うインタラクティブ・インターンシップが、ソミックでも ９月１５日から始まった。
ソミックのインターンシップはオンラインで行われた。静岡大学国際連携推進機構の藤巻特任教授をはじめ、インド出身の工学部大学院生１名とスーダン出身の工学部大学院生１名に加え、ソミックの担当者も同席し、オリエンテーションが実施された。藤巻教授は、「コロナ禍でこのようなインタラクティブ・インターンシップをアレンジしていただき感謝致します。 対面でのインターンシップができなくても、学生は実り多いインターンシップを期待できます。」と冒頭に述べた。
オリエンテーションでは、ソミックグループの会社概要が説明された後、外国人留学生２人には今回のインターンシップのそれぞれのレポート課題が確認され、今後毎日進捗状況をオンライン上で確認しながらスケジュールに沿って進めることになった。
最後に、オンライン出席者のチーム力を高めるためのゲームを行ってオリエンテーションは終了した。ソミック人事担当者の佐藤氏は、「コロナの影響でこのようなオンラインでのインターンシップとなりましたが、オンラインでの良いところを活かしてインターンシップをよいものにしたい」と話していた。

Interactive internship starts at Somic
