インタラクティブ・インターンシップ最終報告会がレクソルで開催
１０月７日、レクソルでインタラクティブ・インターンシップ最終報告会が開催された。
同報告会には、レクソルの長谷川社長はじめ、レクソル社員、バングラデシュ人留学生のダスさん（大学院修士、総合科学技術研究科）が出席した。
ダスさんは、今回のインターンシップを振り返り、実習での学びと将来のキャリア目標について発表した。ダスさんは、「レクソルでのインターンシップを通じで、日本のソフトウェア業界でのキャリアパスについてのアイデアを得ました。将来は、自分自身の立場や経験を活かして、会社の国際化やグローバル市場参入に貢献したい」と語った。
藤巻教授は、「非常に良いインターンシップだったようです。特に研修後半は、レクソルさんがダスさんへの対応を手厚くして頂いたことに感謝いたします。」とコメントした。
レクソルの長谷川社長は、「しんどい思いをしていながらも、同時に如何に楽しめるかを突き詰めることが今回の中でも体感出来ているのであれば、インターンシップは大成功だと思っています」と総評した。

Interactive internship final report session held at LexSol
The final report session for the interactive internship was held on October 7th at LexSol. The report session was attended by President Hasegawa of LexSol, LexSol employees, and Mr. Das (Graduate School of Integrated Science and Technology), a Bangladesh international student.
Mr. Das looked back on this internship and reported his learning and future career goals. “Through my internship at LexSol, I got an idea about a career path in the Japanese software industry. In the future, I will utilize my position and experience to internationalize the company and enter the global market. I want to contribute. ”
Professor Fujimaki commented, “It seems that it was a very good internship. Especially in the latter half of the training, I am grateful to LexSol for generous response to Mr. Das.”
